Big room / 2 rooms for professional in the arts

Hi im a stylist and designer and im looking for a clean bright place ideally quite minimal and with balcony or garden. Need a big double room and bonus would be second room to move my studio into however that is the longest shot in the world i know !! and more suited to warehouse / loft style places -picture of my studio setup attached with joinery i put in myself and would want to bring (studio situation only) Swear im super light hearted and fun i just look mean in photos because i dont know how to smile...

Loove to cook, eat healthy, go to sauna, organise lol and make a nice space and watch films. I travel on and off with work and like to get out the house a lot

Looking for someone lighthearted and funny and clean to share with because I dont want to live aloneee but dont want to necessarily live with a best friend either. Dog would be a bonus!!

Budget would be for Room + studio not just for room
