Female professional seeking room in Brighton

I’m Denise, a retired physics teacher.
An opportunity has arisen for me to move away from my home in Oxfordshire for a month, and have some quality time to myself. I love Brighton and have visited many times so this seems like the perfect place for me to do that. I am looking for a room to rent for the month of June. I am hoping to find a place which is clean, comfortable and homely.
I would describe myself as friendly and sociable, but at the same time I value my own space and respect that need in others. As a tenant I would be responsible and cooperative.
I have spent my life working with young people so despite my age I have a young outlook on life.
I am hoping to come to Brighton towards the end of May to view some rooms.
