Lola & Claire — July move-in!

Hi! We’re Lola and Claire, two friends currently studying at UAL and looking for a cosy flatshare in London from around the 1st of July 2026.

I’m Lola, 26, originally from Paris, and I’m currently doing an MA in Fashion Photography at London College of Fashion. Claire is studying Fine Art at Camberwell. We’re both creative, calm and respectful people who are looking for a place that genuinely feels like home rather than just somewhere temporary.

We’re ideally looking for:

- 2 rooms in a friendly flatshare or a 2-bed flat
- Zones 2–3 preferred
- Good transport connections
- A calm, clean and welcoming atmosphere
- Move-in around July 1st

A bit about us:
We’re clean, organised and easy to live with, and we really value respecting people’s space, routines and privacy while also enjoying a friendly home atmosphere. We love cooking, cinema, art, photography, exhibitions, cafés and creative environments in general.

I currently work part-time in a Cinema alongside my studies and plan to continue there full-time after my MA. Financially, we’re responsible and stable — references, guarantor details and supporting documents can all be provided!

We’re not huge party people at home, more into cosy evenings, cooking, films, music and making the flat feel warm and peaceful :) But we’re definitely open to making new friends and having drinks/dinners or fun evenings together too if the vibe feels right!!
