Room with Parking needed!

I’m 25 years old, looking for a room in a professional shared house. I work 9-5 Mon-Fri, with a mixture of WFH, Hove office and London office attendance, so it’d be good to have space for a desk in my room and be near a train station on the London line.

I also have a car so need parking - happy to purchase a permit but there needs to be no waiting list as I need to be able to park close to home.

En-suite is preferred but I’m happy to share a bathroom with 1-2 other people.

I’m chilled and easygoing to live with, I do my own thing but I’m chatty and sociable and make an effort to get to know my housemates. I’m also very tidy - I clean up after myself and appreciate a clean shared space. I’ve lived in a shared house since I moved to Hove in Sept 25 and have got along with my housemates (all aged 27-34) well, to the point where we’ve become good friends, we’re unfortunately having to move as our landlord is selling.

I go back home to Birmingham for a long weekend every 3-4 weeks and am often in London on weekends seeing friends so I won’t be there some weekends.
