Newly landed Aussie looking for long term home

Looking for a long term home!! (good vibes are important to me, not just after somewhere to sleep).

Have been told I bring a warm and balanced energy to the home. I'm conscientious, neat, and can get along with just about anyone.

About me:
Recently landed in London from Australia. I'm a professional musician (jazz flute). Have been touring up this side of the world so often, I figured it was time to finally sort my visa out so I could stay! (those long haul flights are brutal)

Despite the musician nametag, I keep a steady 9-5 type routine. Stovetop coffee in the morning is essential, always like to get outside to move my body, and I do a bit of work from home during the day (lots of laptop, some flute practice depending on housemate routines).

As I get settled, I might pick up a bit of teaching or casual hospo work, but I've got savings to tide me over in the meantime while I get myself established.

Ready to make some friends and get involved in the house. I'm pretty wholesome overall. Always down for a laugh and end of day cuppa (or nip of whisky depending on the night).

Ideally, hoping you're in North or East London. But... I don't have many commitments yet, and am open to location depending on the right home.

PS: I don't come with animals, but love living with them. As for indoor smoking, unfortunately, my asthma doesn't cope too well, so prefer homes where smoking is generally kept outdoors.
