My name is Joseph, and my mum, Ellen, and I are looking for a 2-bedroom flat or house to rent in Plymouth or the surrounding areas, with a budget of up to £1,000 per month.

A little about us:
• Joseph – Full-time Support Worker earning approximately £2,000 per month.
• Ellen – Part-time Support Worker earning approximately £1,300 per month.

Our combined monthly income is around £3,300, and we can provide an excellent reference from our current landlord.

We are honest, reliable, clean, and respectful tenants who take pride in looking after our home.
