Looking for a flatmate

Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate. I like to keep my space tidy and clean, and I’d prefer a home where everyone cleans up after themselves to avoid awkward conversations about chores.
I’m a nursing student, so I’ll be out most of the time because of placements and studying. I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind living with someone who does, as long as the smell stays out of the flat.
I’m quite introverted at first, but I’m friendly and easy to get along with once I warm up to people.
