Need a room ASAP

I am in need of a room as soon as possible. I am 32 years old with a well trained and very social 4 year old male cat (neutered). I have been let down by both the council and the last let i had been accepted for (due to a pet allergy of the current tenants) I prefer a ground floor room but am open to any and also prefer unfurnished rooms as i have my own but can find somewhere else for that to stay for the meantime.
