Organised dude looking for fun + respectful house!

Hi!

I’m looking for a house share of 2-5 people total in North West/West/Central North up to zone 3.

Easy access to Jubilee, District or Elizabeth line is quite important — I work in Westminster and want to have as short of a journey as possible.

Budget is up to £700pcm including bills, can consider stretching to £750 for the right place. I’m happy with single or double room as long as it’s not a box room, and has at least decent lighting. Looking for furnished — living room preferred.

I can be flexible with moving but am looking for no earlier than July—happy to move anytime in July/August, though ideally no later than mid August.

I’m a full time working professional in hospitality, meaning I’ll be out of home a lot and most of my shifts are during the day.

I currently live with parents and I’m looking to move out and have my independence. I lived out three years of university so it’s not my first time.

No pets, non-smoker and am very organised and value cleanliness and respect for others’ space as I’d like to be treated in the same way.

Social aspect is equally if not more important than practical/logistics side:

Most important to me is to have considerate housemates who can communicate clearly, are clean and tidy and see the houseboats as a co-living space that we all create and take care of together.

Though I’m not a party animal in anyway, I enjoy socialising, hosting friends for small get togethers and cute socials (inside snd outside the house) — ideally the housemates are also social and want to hang out, talk about the craziness of life and organise things together though of course each to their own!

I’m working on life coaching qualification on the side and I’m on a journey of deepening self awareness, consciousness, healing, expanding mind, body and soul, living intentionally and connection with myself and the world around me — it would be great to find a house that also values these things!
