Moving from the US and looking for a room to rent

Hello, my name is Ian and im a 40 year old male. Im currently living in Maine, US and will be moving to the area in the middle of july and will be in need of a room to rent. Ill have just a backpack and a suitcase and i dont drink or smoke. I dont have a job secured yet, but I will have a few months rent ready to pay. This may be a long shot, but if anyone is willing to work with me it would be greatly appreciated!
