​I’m Won (33), a friendly, organized, and considerate professional-turned-student from South Korea. I recently arrived in the UK on a YMS (Working Holiday) visa in May 2026.

​Before coming to London, I worked full-time as a librarian at a national university in South Korea for 7 years.

This background has naturally made me someone who deeply respects shared spaces, organization, and a peaceful environment.

Currently, I am attending a language school to brush up on my English, and I plan to look for a job once I settle into a stable home.

To offer peace of mind regarding my financial stability, I am more than happy to pay 3 months of rent in advance if needed.

What I am looking for:

1. ​Location: Zone 1-2, preferably in East or Southeast London (highly interested in areas like Canada Water, Canary Wharf, etc.)

2. ​Budget: Up to £1,100 per month (All bills included)

3. ​Room: A fully furnished room

4. ​References: I am looking for a place that does not require standard UK references. In return, I am fully prepared to pay 3 months of rent in advance to ensure peace of mind for the landlord.

1. ​Clean & Tidy: I am very neat, love keeping common areas spotless, and always clean up after myself immediately.
