Respectful Working Professional Seeking Ensuite

I am a working professional currently employed in warehousing and in the process of applying for teaching and policing roles.

I am a quiet, respectful, and tidy person who values a peaceful living environment. I generally keep to myself, focus on work, and do not frequently host visitors.

My key requirement is an ensuite room. I would also appreciate the flexibility to adjust the room layout or replace the bed if needed, with all associated costs covered by me.
