I am looking for a room to stay once or twice per week at most, although I am open for permanent rooms if within budget. Due to my work schedule and traveling. The only things I strictly need are:
1. A formal written Lodger Agreement (or tenancy contract) signed by both of us.
2. Permission to register this address with my bank and employer so I can receive my statements here.
