I’m looking for a room to rent, happy to buddy up and find somewhere together

My landlord is selling my current flat so not urgent but would hope to have found somewhere by July/august

I work in town so I’m out of the house most days I have one day off in the week & every other weekend

I’m pretty social & would nice to live with someone similar that I can have a natter with but also respectful of peoples space & privacy
