Looking for place to live in Manchester from Sept
Hello,
I'm Maja and will be starting a funded PhD in History at the University of Manchester in autumn and am therefore looking for somewhere to live. I'm turning 29 this year, Swedish-Estonian, but did my undergraduate degree in Glasgow and have since then bopped around primarily between Scotland, Sweden, and Estonia.
As a flatmate I am clean, and value having my own space but also quite social. Ideally looking for someone who don't mind hanging out sometimes as well, for example having dinners together, watching a film or just having a chat over a cup of tea.
During the weeks I will be spending a lot of time working, and as I have friends and family spread out across Europe and with research I will also be travelling sometimes, so might be out of the flat for some periods. Would also like to live with someone who's ok with having friends/family come stay for a weekend or so once in a while too.
As a person I love to read, going to the cinema, pub quizzes, playing table tennis, going hiking.
Let me know if you have a room to spare and want to have a chat to see if we vibe!
