Artist + 2 small dogs seek quiet space long term.

Hi I'm Peter a 66 year old retired Horticulturalist and practising Artist.
I have 2 senior small pooches and love books and museums / galleries and history.
I'm a non smokers who is looking for a non crowded space to live in and create my art.
Access to an outside space would be a big plus.
My family live in the Beds / Herts Cambridge area so I would like to stay in these areas.
My dogs are house trained and friendly.
I'm looking for long term only with parking and hopefully near to a station with links to London.
