Seeking quirky cosy room

Ideally a room on a top level, near public transport and public foot paths. I enjoy quiet, calm living and appreciate tidiness. I have pet allergies that would impact only if the animals are let into the room I am in; I am an animal lover out of doors. An ensuite would be appreciated but not necessary. I also would be happy with a studio type setting with kitchen and washer. I am open to exploring options on most of these as variables. I will have flexibility on move-in type - between August 1 and October 1, 2026.
