Friendly Student Seeks Room or Buddy-up!

Hi! I’m Michael, a friendly, easy-going 21-year-old moving to London this September to start a full-time initial teacher training course. I’m looking for a great house share or a like-minded buddy to team up and rent a whole flat/house together. I’m planning to stay for a minimum period of 10 months, with the potential to extend up to 36 months.

My maximum budget is around £200 a week / £800 a month (bills included preferred). Location-wise, I’m quite flexible but ideally looking at anywhere in Zone 1 or close to Piccadilly Line (Zones 1/2), West London (Zones 2/3), or the Camden Town, Finsbury Park or Wembley area for an easy commute (less than 40 minutes in a single journey) to UCL IOE Bloomsbury campus.

A bit about me:

I’m clean, reliable, and come with a solid sense of humor. I love being social, having a casual drink, going out with friends, and traveling. That said, I absolutely respect personal space and downtime after a busy day of teaching and studying.

When I’m not buried in lesson plans, most of my spare time is dominated by football-whether I'm playing, coaching, or refereeing. I’m also regularly involved in training activities as an army reserve OCdt and hit the gym weekly to stay active.

What I'm looking for:

I’m incredibly easy-going when it comes to flatmates. I'm happy to live with any gender, students, or working professionals within the same age range. The ideal vibe would be a household that is clean, respectful, and friendly-ideally with people who share a similar active lifestyle, love sports, or just enjoy a good chat over a drink at the weekend.
