Annexe / studio / shared accommodation

Hello, I’m a vet from West Wales moving into the South Gloucestershire area for 18mths from September 2026 for a fixed term position in an equine hospital. I’m seeking a full time let, with parking available.
A self contained/annexe/studio would be ideal but if you’re looking for a professional housemate please let me know! Non smoking preferred.
I’ll be working full time with fairly long hours, so won’t be about much at all in the day, and staying at the hospital one night a week and 1 in 4 weekends for Out Of Hours duty. Will likely head home or have my partner (dairy farmer) stay one weekend a month as well. He’s even tidier than me.
I’m friendly, tidy, a keen cook, gardener and outdoors enthusiast. Very happy to help maintain a garden!
If there’s the opportunity to bring my very friendly, house trained (and beautiful) cat that would be fantastic, but I do have a family member that’s equally besotted with her lined up if pets aren’t allowed.
