Looking for 2 bedrooms in a house/house share

My sister Helena (22) and I (Amelia, 23) are currently looking for a lovely house share or 2-bed in London as we’re finally giving up the long commute and moving closer to work!

Mainly looking around Clapham, Balham, Battersea, Bermondsey, Vauxhall, Victoria, Brixton and Stockwell, but definitely open depending on the people/house. I work near St James’s Park/Westminster and Helena works near Moorgate, so ideally looking for somewhere with an easy commute into central for both of us.

Looking to move immediately and our budget is around £1,500 each incl bills, with a little flexibility for the right place.

A little bit about us: we both work full-time in recruitment/executive search and are mainly office-based during the week. We’re both really clean, easy-going and sociable and would love to live somewhere that feels friendly and homely rather than just somewhere to sleep. We’d love to actually be friends with the people we live with, not just housemates!

We both love cosy nights in, cooking/wine nights, matcha dates, concerts, travelling and long walks.
