20F professional looking for buddy-up / flatshare

Hi! I’m a 20-year-old young professional looking to move around the beginning of August as I’ll be starting a new role as a software engineer in Bath on the 10th of August.

I’m currently considering both Bath and Bristol, depending on the right property and commute. In Bristol, I’m ideally looking at areas with good access to Temple Meads, while in Bath I’m open to different areas as long as they’re not too far out from the city.

Ideally, I’d love to buddy up with someone to find a 2-bed flat together, but I’m also open to larger house shares if the property and people are a good fit.

I’m clean, respectful, sociable, and easygoing, and I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe. Outside of work I enjoy cafés, coffee, cooking and baking, fashion, tech, and going out socially, whether that’s drinks, dinners, nights out, or exploring the city. I enjoy a good balance between being social and having downtime too.

As I’ll be working hybrid, I’d ideally like a friendly and considerate home environment where everyone respects shared spaces and each other’s routines.

My budget is up to around £850 pcm, depending on the property, location, and whether bills are included :)
