Hi! I am a professional working doctor at Treliske Hospital looking for a fully furnished 1-bedroom studio flat or self-contained accommodation from August.

Ideally looking for:
• Fully furnished studio/1-bed with own entrance and private space
• Budget up to £900 pcm, ideally bills included
• Washer and dryer essential
• Good wardrobe/storage space
• Desk and chair preferred
• Within walking distance of Treliske Hospital (ideally 15–20 minutes max)
• Parking would be a bonus

A little about me — I work long shifts at the hospital and would really value a calm, comfortable, and relaxing space to come home to. I am a non-smoker, very tidy, respectful, and quiet. I do my own cleaning and take pride in keeping my living space clean and well maintained. I love animals and would be very happy in a property where pets are around.
