Professional tenant seeking a spacious
Hello,
I am a Spanish professional looking for a new place to call home. For the past six wonderful years, I have lived next door to a lovely couple.
Sadly, my time here is coming to an end, as their son and his family are moving back in. While I am genuinely happy for their family reunion, it does mean I am officially on the market for a new accommodation! My current landlords will happily confirm that in six years, we have had absolutely zero issues.
Here is what you need to know about me:
The Space: I am looking for a spacious room. I do not own furniture, but I do come with 20 boxes of belongings and clothes that will need a bit of storage space.
The Living Vibe: I am a kind, clean, and friendly person, and I would love to share a home with like-minded, respectful people.
Hobbies & Habits: I love swimming, walking and singing.
However, please don't worry—I strictly save my singing for the open countryside, so your mornings will remain entirely peaceful!
Languages: I speak Spanish, English, and Italian.
The British Connection: I have spent the last 30 years in England, making me a seamless blend of Spanish passion and British manners.
I prefer living in an owner-occupied property, as having the landlord on-site generally ensures the house remains well-maintained and orderly. For the same reason, I prefer a quieter household with fewer housemates, as it naturally minimizes friction and creates a more peaceful living environment.
