I am a Spanish professional on the hunt for a new place to call home. For the past six wonderful years, I have lived next door to a lovely couple. Sadly, my time here is coming to an end as their son and his family are moving back in. While I am genuinely happy for their family reunion, it does mean I am officially back onto the rental market! My current landlords will happily confirm that in six years, we have had absolutely zero issues.

Here is the breakdown of what you are getting: The Baggage: I am looking for a spacious room. I do not own furniture just a table, bike and I do travel with 20 boxes of clothes and belongings.

The Vibe: I am kind, clean, and friendly. I would love to share a home with respectful, like-minded people. The Talents: I love swimming, walking, and singing. Do not panic: I strictly save my singing for the open countryside. Your mornings and your ears are completely safe with me.

The Dialect: English, Spanish, and Italian speaker.

The Culture: Having spent the last 30 years in England, I am a seamless blend of Spanish passion and British politeness. I will apologize formally while making excellent tapas.

My Preferences: I prefer living in an owner-occupied property. Having a landlord on-site usually means the house remains well-maintained and orderly. For the same reason, I prefer a quieter household with fewer housemates, as it naturally minimizes friction and creates a peaceful environment.
