Need Double Room by June, 30min to Centre

I am a young professional looking to settle somewhere where I get to work in ~30mins. I work near Queen Square as a Data Consultant.

I am fairly easy with requirements, as long as the place is clean, and people are respectful, I can get along just fine. The requirments I have set are preference but not set in stone.

I usually keep to myself but more than happy to socialise. I work 9-6, usually get home late, and in the evenings tend to just relax as I am quite tired, and sometimes pop out.

I look after myself and my environment, and value keeping on top of things to enjoy the space I am living in.

I also value communication and cooperation, where if anything is needed to be said it can be done so in a mature manner and problems can be solved together.

I need to find a place my end of this month, latest mid June. Please reach out, and am more than happy to negotiate for requirments don't perfectly match.
