We are Martin and Patricia, an architect and writer, looking to rent while we hunt for our next permanent home. We're responsible, active, handy around the house and garden, and people- and animal-friendly. Penzance or Newlyn would be ideal for us, but we're open to other options. Something furnished or partly so would be helpful as we're coming from the U. S., but we're open on that score as well.
