I'm looking for a clean, spacious and nice place. I'm a tidy individual myself, kind and trying my best to be an easy-going, considerate flatmate.
A bit about me: I work for a startup and put in around 12-hour days, so honestly I'm barely home during the week: out early, back late, and mostly just need somewhere quiet to sleep, shower and recharge. When I do have time off I'm usually outdoors hiking or somewhere in nature, so I'm not the type to be hogging the sofa or kitchen.
What I'm after: a clean, comfortable room in a friendly household where people are sociable but also value their own space. Happy to share the occasional meal or a chat in the kitchen on weekends. I'm reliable with bills and rent, non-smoker, tidy, and look after the place like it's my own.
