Hi, I am a single, professional 40-year-old looking for a house (or a buddy-up situation) in the Newbury area.

I am easy-going, tidy, and very respectful of shared spaces. I can be quiet and private (I work from home part-time and value my own space), but I am also friendly, chatty, and outgoing when the vibe is right. No parties, no drama, and I don’t smoke or drink. I am reliable with bills, respectful of others’ routines, and genuinely looking for a positive living situation with someone decent.

I have a few properties on my radar and would love to find the right person to share with — or I am equally happy to move into a good existing shared house. Either way, I am looking for something local, clean, and comfortable.

Age and background open, but ideally someone mature, considerate, and clean. Whether you’re a fellow professional, someone who travels a lot, or just wants a calm home — as long as you’re respectful and reliable, we’ll probably get on well. Couples/pets/kids would need to be discussed.
