Friendly guy looking for a room in Manchester

Hey, I’m Sean, 25, currently looking for a room in Manchester. I’m currently living in Nottingham; originally wanted to move to London but felt like the step between the 2 cities was steep. Came to Manchester for the first time and found the vibe really welcoming and the people seemed to be a lot friendlier.

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful and pretty social, but also enjoy my own space and quiet nights in. I’m into music, films, gaming and going out for drinks/food occasionally. I’m vegetarian and sober, though doesn’t bother me that others are not.

I’m currently working full-time in Nottingham but can move branches fairly easily. I’m looking for somewhere comfortable and relaxed with friendly housemates. Ideally a clean, welcoming home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Would love a room with good transport links and housemates who are chilled, respectful and easy to get along with. LGBTQ+ friendly is important for me.

No major deal-breakers other than wanting a tidy space and good communication in the house.
