House Share

hi, I'm looking for a place.
I'm 44 Yr old male, I work in construction/landscaping/roofi ng etc.
I'm self employed and do alot of my work around Wirksworth.
I run Wirksworth colts u10s football team and I am separated from my kids mother.
I have 2 children (they don't live with me)
my youngest (10) does usually stop with me 2 nights a week where I'm living at the minute with my mum and step dad.
I work 8-5 most days ( in the week) and I'm usually at football sat mornings and then go to my girlfriends in Birmingham most weekends.
It would be just me most of the time but as I said i would like my youngest to stop once or twice a week, only really sleeping. (we come home from football training weds, he stops and then i take him to school, and fri evening befire football sat) and my girlfriend occasionally.
if this would be a problem then obviously we won't go any further.
I do smoke but only outside, I'm a clean person (hate mess) and I do pay football myself Monday and Thursday evenings aswell so tbh I wouldn't be there 60% of the week.
I do have a car aswell.
I'm looking at few other places aswell but it looks nice and clean from the pictures.
