Buddy up for a house

I am looking to rent a large house with a garden around South Manchester by buddying up with another single professional or a couple. I come with my two older border collies (both 13 years old). I have been living in this type of arrangement for the last 3 years and am looking to do the same again when I move to Manachester. My housemate has become like family and I prefer not living alone.

I work full time at the office. I am looking for someone who loves dogs, is tidy but not obsessive. You would be welcome to come on non-strenuous hikes with me and the dogs (they're not fast anymore). I am not a regular drinker, but like to have a drink now and then. Non-smoker. Own car. You can be whoever you want to be as long as you are a respectful housemate.

Looking to split rent around the 2200-2500 price point (around 1200 each). Costs to be split.

I plan to do this for 1-2 years at least, but we'll take things as they come.
