Searching for a home for a year long rent

I’m currently a mature student from Bournemouth who has found a professional work placement year out in bath. I’m looking for a nice and relaxed home that’s not too crowded. I’m a very respectful and friendly housemate who is always down for a chat. The majority of my days will be spent working, gym/volleyball, relaxing so I’m an easy going housemate who likes to keep busy.
