22yr old Female Looking to rent ASAP £550 max

Me and my partner at a recent festival :)) He has his own place and won’t occupy with me.

I am posting an advertisement today as I have had very terrible luck finding a good reliable house share. I have a lot of trouble finding somewhere permanent currently. I am 22 yr old female journalism student, just trying to start my life out properly and get on my feet! I study online and will be home most days unless I’m with my partner elsewhere at their place. On weekends I have an unpaid internship for work experience in my field on Saturdays and Sundays.

I used to be able to rent rooms with a price range of £725 and up. But due to new tenant laws and things my housing allowance has dropped to £470. Recently making me re home my beloved cat (Hermes, I’ve rehomed him with family atm) and losing my dream flat, I am forced to leave on the weekend of Friday the 22nd unfortunately. I am looking for a kind and reasonable landlord and friendly flatmates who are respectful and tidy. If possible a houseshare with animals allowed would be ideal! If not that’s okay I just miss my ginger boy a lot.

I can pay max rent of £550 due to current income and have a reasonable deposit ready for the day of move in. £470 of this will be covered by DSS/UC as I’m on an unpaid internship atm.
I am looking for somewhere as quick as possible so I can continue my studies and work. Single or double room but having space for my desk in the room would be nice as I study online.

I am a bubbly but relaxed person. I will be there in the evenings and weekends due to my schedule. No antisocial behaviour or severe drug users. I am trying to quit smoking 😅 By the end of my year of studying I will be a working professional and working at a local radio station fingers crossed I pass my internship! I’m okay with making friends as flatmate or keeping private lives as I am respectful.

DSS allowed pls! For the time being due to my situation. What you should expect is respectful, kind and clean from me as a tenant.
