I’m looking for a clean and comfortable 1-bedroom flat for myself and my wife, who is planning to join me around September. She has a background in HR and will be looking for work here after she arrives.

We are a respectful, clean, and responsible married couple. I work shifts, so a peaceful place is very important for us. We are not party people, and we will take good care of the property.

Ideally, we are looking for a 1-bedroom flat with good transport links to Chelsea, Fulham, South Kensington, or nearby areas. Our budget is around £1400–£1600 per month, depending on the location and condition of the flat.
