Double room needed

I’m looking for a double room to rent. I work a lot so won’t be around much. I’m currently living in Shadwell and need to stay in this area or as close to it as possible as all my clients are in this area.
I enjoy going out for a couple of drinks and cinema every now and then.
I don’t really know anyone in the Leeds area only my clients so would be nice to build a friendship and someone to chat too.
