Hi! I’m a 21-year-old guy currently finishing up my studies at the University of Manchester, and I’ll be starting a graduate program this coming September.

I’m looking to buddy up with 1 or 2 people to find a flat or house share in either Ellesmere Port or Warrington.

A bit about me:

I’m a regular gym-goer and I love getting out for a hike whenever I can.

I'm a big movie fan, so I'm always down for a relaxed evening in watching a film.

I’m relatively clean, organized, and generally pretty easy-going.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:

Fellow young professionals: Ideally, I'm looking to live with other young professionals or fellow grad students who understand the working routine.

Someone who is clean, respectful, and appreciates clear boundaries.

Night owls are welcome! I'm completely fine if you stay up late, as long as you're mindful of noise while others are sleeping.

Guests: Partners coming over is totally fine by me, as long as things are kept relatively low-key and shared spaces are left tidy.

The house vibe:
I’m easy-going for the most part, but I do appreciate a clean and peaceful living space. I think house-sharing works best when everyone sits down to agree on a few basic ground rules so we are all on the same page and everyone feels comfortable.
