Looking to move into a place ASAP

I am a recent graduate looking to do my MA in September. I work in Newcastle but am currently living with family a few hours away so need to find a place locally. I am friendly and happy to socialise but also enjoy keeping to myself. I am clean and enjoy cooking, I am happy to cook for others also. I am looking for a place to rent that isn't out of my budget and so am opening up to housesharing. I would prefer to live with females! I am not huge into parties and personally don't drink but am okay with others having parties and what not - I would appreciate having my close friends round from time to time.
