2 or 3 flatmates Cntrl/SE/East london

looking to find 2 or 3 flatmates to move to central, south east or east london around august

Im a masters student and working full time, so during the week ill be studying and would appreciate a calm flat environment. I do still love partying and going out on the weekends though😋
As I need to dedicate time to studying after work I would want a shorter commute (looking at 30 mins to london bridge)

I always clean up after myself and would like to live with similar people who are respectful of shared spaces
