Phd Student Looking for a Double Room

I'm a PhD student at the university. I am ideally looking for a Studio, or to team up/find a double room in a 2-bed flat (a 2B2B would be perfect so we have our own bathrooms!), available from 1st Sept.
I'd love to live close to the campus, ideally on or around Hull Road or Lawrence Street.
In my free time, I love cooking, baking, wlking，going out for a nice brunch, and climbing. I also love doing crafts to unwind.
