I’m a working professional in a software company located near Liverpool Street Station. I usually go into the office 2–3 days a week and often spend a few days at my partner's place, so I’m around enough to be social but will also give the house plenty of breathing room! I'm outgoing and sporty, in my free time, you'll usually find me at the gym, playing tennis, or out for a run.

What I'm looking for:

1. Budget: Ideally around £1,000/month including bills, but I can stretch up to £1,200/month for the right place and condition.

2. Timeline: Looking to move in by early August (though I have some flexibility for the perfect match).

3. The House & Vibe: I love a good balance of being social with my flatmates while also respecting each other’s quiet, personal space in our own rooms. That’s why a flat with a shared living room where we can chill, chat, and socialize when we want is a huge plus for me!

4. Location & Safety: I’m focusing on East London and highly value safe surroundings. I’d love a neighborhood where I don't feel nervous walking home late at night, preferably not too far from a station.

About me as a flatmate:
I am very conscious of house tidiness and hygiene. I’m the type of flatmate who always cleans up the kitchen right after cooking rather than leaving dishes for days, and I treat shared bathrooms with the exact same respect.
