Looking for a room

Hi, I’m Tom — a 28-year-old GIS analyst looking for a room in Edinburgh as my current arrangement is selling up!

I work full-time in the office during the week and spend a lot of my evenings either at training or out cycling, so I’m usually quite busy and active. When I’m home, I’m pretty relaxed — normally watching sport, films, or TV and enjoying a quiet evening.

I’ve lived in Edinburgh for nearly a year now and would love to find a friendly, comfortable place to settle into long-term. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Happy to socialise with housemates when people are around, but also very comfortable doing my own thing.

I’m ideally looking to move late August / early September, though August dates are flexible. References are available if needed.
