LGBT+ friendly room wanted

Hiya, I’m a pre-transition mtf woman looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly room in Exeter. Ideally it would be unfurnished however I can always sell/put things into storage if needed. Currently working as a KP in topsham but looking for a role within a law firm. I love cooking (I make a fabulous Sunday roast), playing D&D, video games, and have recently started getting into Yoga. I also love reading with a particular interest in ancient greek/roman history and mythology. With my KP job I sometimes work quiet late hours (not finishing until 10/11pm some nights), so a housemate that is okay with someone making food/wandering around the house late at night would be ideal
