Looking for double room, preferably in City Centre or within 3 miles. Would prefer a property that is NOT carpeted --- for hygiene purposes. (A floor is better mopped with antibacterial wipes than hoovering a carpet)

A little bit about me: I'm 27, Male. I currently work in hospitality but I am a Computer Science Graduate from Newcastle University. I will be looking to get back into the STEM Field later this year or next year.
Personality wise, I'm pretty chill and low key. I normally just play games in my room, occasionally watch TV/workout in the living room if there's space. I can be quite goofy at times too, hehe.
