Hi! I’m looking for a double room from 07/07 as my landlord is selling the flat I'm currently in. I work full time in St Paul’s and I’m usually out and about during the week.

I’d love a friendly and sociable flat where people are happy to hang out from time to time, whether that’s cooking together occasionally, watching something, or just chatting after work, while also respecting each other’s own space. I’m easygoing, tidy, and hoping to become friends with my flatmates rather than just people sharing a house :)
