Clean, friendly professional looking for a flat :)

Hi! I’m 26 and moving to London for a new role as a Research Manager :) I’m looking for a room in a friendly, respectful flatshare with an easy commute - my office is in Spitalfields Market!

I’ve lived with flatmates since college and grew up with siblings, so I’m very comfortable sharing space and understand the balance between being social and giving people their own space. I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with, and I’m hoping to find a household with a similar vibe.

I work from the office most of the week (usually 4–5 days), so I’m ideally looking for somewhere that feels relaxed and comfortable to come home to during the week, while still being sociable from time to time... dinners, chats, pub trips etc. are always welcome!

I'm open to existing flatshares or buddy-ups, ideally in areas with a reasonable commute to Spitalfields Market (Hackney, Bethnal Green, Dalston, London Fields, Bow, Highbury & Islington, etc.), but flexible for the right place.

Budget is around £1,300 including bills, and I’m hoping to move around 20 June, though I could move sooner if needed.
