Room Wanted – Belfast (BT1 to BT17)

My name is George, and I am looking for a room to rent in Belfast, preferably in the BT1 to BT17 areas.

I am moving to Belfast for work and can move in immediately if needed. I am a calm, clean, organized, and respectful person. I do not smoke and I am comfortable sharing the house with other people.

I work full-time and usually spend most of the day working or studying English. I always pay rent on time and take good care of the place where I live.

I am looking for:
• Single or double room
• Access to kitchen and laundry
• Good transport connection
• Friendly and quiet house
