Quiet, clean female seeking an ensuite/studio

Hi there, I am Vanessa, a 33y female teacher relocating overseas to London as a full-time secondary teacher. I am looking for a single or double room (ensuite) or a studio starting from early July 2026 which allows online viewing. I would prefer to live with female non-smokers of any age.

I have a budget of £1,000pcm, and I would highly prefer a setup where all utility bills, high-speed broadband and council tax are included in the price. A reliable central heating system and strong WiFi are essential. My preferred locations are N21 and N14.

Personally, I am quiet, clean and quite introverted. I am a non-smoker without a pet. I thoroughly enjoy a peaceful, respectful home environment where everyone can unwind after a busy day. In my spare time, I love staying active and playing sports, so most of my socializing happens out of the house.
