Hello, I'm a man in my 30s who's relationship of 7 years has broken down, i have 2 kids and time I have with them can be facilitated away from the property. I'm in full time employment, have been all my life with a salary of 30k+. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so will be out of the property for most of the time weekdays, weekend i like to make plans if possible and again would mean id be out of the property for long periods of time. I'm just looking to get back on my feet in the next few years and continue to provide for my kids.
