Conscientious flatmate looking for room/buddy up

Hi, I’m Juno! I’m looking for a room or buddy up in mid September, ideally with one other girl.

About me:

🧹 I really value cleanliness and keeping the common areas tidy
📚 I enjoy grandma activities, I’d rather spend a night in reading or baking, but do spend time with friends on weekends!
🏃‍♀️ I really enjoy running/going to the gym and getting outside. I have a car so if there’s any places you’ve been wanting to explore, we could!
🐈 My 2 cats (Howl and Sophie, 8 years old) are very sweet and laid back. They both love to cuddle but could also be left alone if you prefer

About where I’d like to live:
📍 Either somewhere in North London or Bermondsey/Rotherhithe/Canada water. I’ve mostly lived south but have been thinking of exploring north!

🏡 My ideal living situation is to only live with one other person, as I’ve found this works best in my experience - however if you’re a duo and you think I’d fit in if there’s an en-suite available, let me know!
💷 A budget up to £1,200 (not incl bills but the cheaper the better)
🚿 Not sure how possible this may be, but would love a 2 bed 2 bath situation!
🛋️ Unfurnished and female preferred, but not a deal breaker
