Looking to rent a room in Glasgow or nearby area

Hi there,

I am a low-key, quiet, clean, and private person looking for a similar place to live. I’m quite introverted and value my space but am also happy to say hello and chat once in a while. I’m not a complete hermit, just mostly one :)

I’m basically just looking for a place to live for the foreseeable future as I’d like to move out of where I currently live as soon as possible, and I’ll honour and respect whatever the house rules are and do my bit to contribute.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, writing, listening to music, playing instruments like piano when I’m lucky enough to have access to one, walking/hiking, volunteering, travelling whenever possible and affordable, and yes a moderate amount of Netflix and YouTube because sometimes you just need to.

I’m moving out of a slightly bigger place so even though I’ve significantly culled down my belongings I’d still want to bring a few boxes/bags of stuff with me including a vintage shelving unit about six feet tall and a few feet wide. It should just about fit into a corner of the bedroom and it would be able to hold most of my stuff but even if you just have a safe place I could store it (so that I don’t have to rent a unit because those can cost a fortune) then that would be a big advantage because I don’t want to get rid of everything that I have! I’m increasingly practical these days but I do still have a sentimental side :)
