Recent Boston grad, looking for a flat to rent

Hi! I'm Jia, 23, and I'll be moving to London in early July to start a full-time Marketing role with Schneider Electric.

I've spent the past five years living and working in Boston, and I'm excited to start this next chapter in London. I'm half Guatemalan and half Chinese, born and raised in Guatemala, and I speak both English and Spanish.

I'll be moving in early July for a full-time role with Schneider Electric, so I'm ideally looking around Battersea, Clapham, Pimlico, Vauxhall, Victoria, Westminster, Fulham or nearby areas with an easy commute.

I'd describe myself as friendly, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I enjoy exploring new cafés and restaurants, travelling, staying active, and experiencing different cultures. I'm equally happy having a quiet evening to myself or spending time with flatmates over dinner, a movie night, or a glass of wine.

I'm looking for a place to call home for at least a year with friendly, respectful people who enjoy a positive atmosphere while also valuing each other's personal space. I'll be working full-time in a hybrid role, so I'll have a good balance between office and home.
